Fall 2024 Registration Form

  • The Fall Semester Billing/Attendance Cycle and Schedule begins on Tuesday 3 September.​
  • All Registration Forms are due by Monday 19 August.
    • Any forms received after the due date will be considered late and may affect one's schedule choices and options.
  • Incomplete or incorrectly filled out Registration Forms will be disregarded.

    Schedule Request Requirements:

    • All requests must be in the form of 2 to 3.5-hour time windows.
    • Please provide at least 3 different days of availability:
      • ​ i.e., Tuesday 3-5:30, 4-6:30, and 6-8:30 is one 5.5-hour time window.
    • Please do not request a specific day and time (i.e., Wednesday at 4:30).  
      • These requests will be immediately disregarded and returned.​
    • Lessons are scheduled Monday through Friday, between 2:30 and 8:30, with the exception of:
      • Thursday for Sal - available only from 2:30-6:45 
      • ​​Please make sure your time windows fall within these ranges.​

    Please Note:

    • We need to make the most efficient use of the small amount of time we have each day to fit everyone in. Please keep the following in mind:
      • Older students are able to come later in the day while younger ones usually cannot.
      • Montclair middle schools get out early enough that students are able to take a lesson at 2:30.
    • For families who have multiple students in the studio please provide BOTH:
      • ​​​Options where students attend separately on different days as well as together on the same day.​
    • If you cannot provide an option for a required field, feel free to fill in "none," however:
      • Submitting fewer than 3 options, providing time windows shorter than 2-3.5 hours, or requesting only a specific day, may make it difficult or impossible for us to give you a place in the studio schedule.

    Friday Availability:

    • As much as we would like to only teach Monday through Thursday, it is impossible for us to fit everyone into a 4-day schedule.
      •  We really do not want to be put in a position where we have to choose who to keep and who to let go.
    • It is crucial that we each have at least 5 or so students be available for lessons on Fridays.  
      • ​If Friday was one of your choices above, please write in see above.  
      • If a Friday lesson is not something you chose above but is something you'd consider (even as a last resort) please let us know; we'd greatly appreciate it!
